Sai Iron Pvt. Ltd. was established

to manufacture MS iron rods and structural products, strengthening the Group’s presence in core steel manufacturing.

1998

The Group expanded

its industrial ecosystem with the addition of Sai Electrocasting Pvt. Ltd., marking a significant step in steel manufacturing growth.

2000

A sponge iron plant was commissioned

at Jhinkpani, strengthening the Group’s raw material foundation and manufacturing capabilities.

Entered into a strategic collaboration

in Durgapur to manufacture MS billets and rods, driving operational synergy and market expansion.

2007

Strengthened its production ecosystem

with the commissioning of the second manufacturing unit in Jamuria, accelerating growth and capacity expansion.

Giridhan Metal was launched

as the Group’s most futuristic and sustainability driven steel manufacturing venture, symbolising innovation, advanced technology, and the vision of next generation clean steel production.

Mr Sitaram Agarwal

Group Chairman & Founder

Mr. Sitaram Agarwal brings nearly five decades of extensive experience in the manufacturing industry, with strong expertise in serving core sectors such as construction, infrastructure development, and industrial manufacturing. Throughout his career, he has played a pivotal role in strengthening the Group’s operational capabilities by actively leading various modernization, capacity expansion, and technology upgradation initiatives across multiple manufacturing units.

With a deep understanding of the steel and metals industry, he has consistently focused on improving production efficiency, enhancing product quality, and adopting advanced manufacturing processes to meet the evolving demands of the infrastructure and construction sectors. His strategic vision has also contributed to optimizing supply chain operations, expanding market reach, and strengthening the Group’s presence in competitive markets.

The proactive and progressive leadership of Mr. Agarwal has been instrumental in widening the Group’s horizons through diversification into multiple business ventures, strategic investments, and large scale expansion programs. His forward thinking approach and commitment to industrial excellence continue to drive sustainable growth, innovation, and long term value creation for the Group.

Mr. Deepak Agarwal is a result oriented leader with over 30 years of entrepreneurial experience in steel trading and manufacturing. He has played a key role in building and nurturing a high performance team that drives the company’s growth and operational excellence.

Known for his strong decision making and strategic approach, he has consistently guided the company through challenging business environments with resilience and clarity. His leadership focuses on improving efficiency, enhancing productivity, optimizing resources, and reducing operational costs while eliminating process inefficiencies.

Associated with the company since its inception, Mr. Agarwal has been an integral part of its growth journey and currently serves as the Promoter of the company. The company continues to strengthen its presence in the steel and manufacturing sector under his guidance.

Mr. Divyansh Agarwal, a Commerce graduate, represents the next generation of leadership in the business. With a fresh perspective and global outlook, he brings new energy to the evolving landscape of the Indian steel industry.

Since joining the organization, he has been actively involved in strengthening the company’s strategic direction, with a focus on sustainability, technology adoption, and improving operational efficiency. His efforts support the implementation of modern processes and environmentally responsible practices that enhance productivity and competitiveness.

He is also playing an important role in enhancing brand visibility and driving consumer engagement through innovative marketing initiatives and strategic communication, contributing to stronger brand presence and sustained sales growth.

Mr. Sanjay Agarwal brings over 30 years of extensive professional experience, having worked with reputed organizations such as Rajasthan Bank, Balrampur Chini Mills Ltd., and Electrosteel Castings Ltd. He has been an integral part of the Group for the past 15 years, contributing significantly to its sustained growth and institutional strength. Currently, Mr. Agarwal oversees key business functions, including commercial affairs, liaisoning, public relations, land and revenue matters, and environmental compliance. Through his leadership, he ensures effective coordination, regulatory adherence, strong stakeholder engagement, and seamless support to the Group’s overall performance and strategic efficiency.

Mr. M K Sheshadri brings over 40 years of distinguished experience in the steel and allied sectors, including his tenure at Tata Steel Long Products, where he held key leadership roles across Operations, Marketing, and Supply Chain Management, driving strategic growth and quality initiatives. At Giridhan Metal, Mr. Sheshadri plays a crucial role in guiding the organization towards operational excellence, sustainable performance, and long-term industry leadership through strong process focus and talent development.

Mr. Kavi Yagnik brings nearly three decades of rich industrial experience and has been associated with the group for over 20 years. Currently holding a key leadership role at Sai Electrocasting in Koderma, Jharkhand, he has played an important part in strengthening operational efficiency and driving consistent growth. With deep expertise in the steel manufacturing sector, he has contributed significantly to improving production processes, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring the adoption of modern technologies in steelmaking.

Rudranarayan Jana

Mr. Rudranarayan Jana has been associated with the Group for over a decade and currently serves as Director of Super Shakti Metaliks Ltd. With more than two decades of extensive experience in the iron and steel industry, he brings strong operational expertise and deep industry insight to the organization. He plays a key role in shaping the Company’s strategic direction, enhancing manufacturing efficiencies, and strengthening overall business performance. His pragmatic leadership and commitment to excellence continue to support the Company’s sustained growth, operational stability, and long-term value creation.
