My journey with the oragnisation commenced in 2023 as Commercial Head of Giridhan Metal. Innovative commercial strategies, including forward-backward integration & sustainable procurement, have led to growth in revenues & profitability. Strategic investments in capacity enhancements coupled with forward integration has enabled to rapidly gain a strong foothold in the iron & steel industry.

During the brief tenure so far, to drive financial & commercial excellence, implemented cross functional ERP SAP, automating accounting procedures, Inventory tracking/reconciliations, Internal systems controls, spearheaded commercial negotiations & resultant cost savings. Through precise financial forecasting, data-driven decisions are enabled for efficient plant operations.

Our vision is to become India’s premier sustainable steel producer in the near future with adoption of green technologies, balancing profitability with CSR, creating employment opportunities, fostering community & social development, while redefining steel excellence.

My journey with the organization has been closely aligned with the dynamic growth of the steel and power sector.
